HR Review

A great starting point is for us to review where you’re at with managing your people. We offer an HR Review to look at what you have in place, where it may fall short of achieving the legal requirements and if it will meet your overall goals. We’ll also identify any gaps in what you have and let you know if you’re breaking the law without it. We’ll then provide a suggested action plan, with priority areas of focus.

Recruitment & Selection

We can support you with all aspects of finding new talent to join your business. This is a cost-effective way of accessing recruitment support and is guaranteed to meet your business’ needs because we’ll tailor it for you.

You can choose one or any combination of the following blocks to make up your recruitment package. If you select multiple blocks, the price is discounted. The more you buy, the more you save!

Block 1 – Defining

We’ll help you to:

  • put together the person specification
  • write the job advert and decide where/how to source your candidates

Block 2 – Engaging

We’ll help you by:

  • placing your advert in the agreed locations
  • receiving and acknowledging applications
  • compiling a database of applicants

Block 3 – Identifying

We’ll help you by:

  • reviewing CVs and applications
  • compiling a recommended shortlist of candidates

Block 4 – Preparing

We’ll help you by:

  • designing your assessment and interview questions
  • preparing all of the assessment materials ready for meeting candidates

Block 5 – Assessing

We’ll help you by:

  • attending candidate interviews with you

We’ll help you to:

  • assess each candidate on merit
  • make a hiring decision that achieves your aims

Block 6 – Onboarding

We’ll help you to:

  • determine what to offer the successful candidate

We’ll help you by:

  • preparing the offer letter and employment contract
  • carrying out reference checking and right to work checks

Alternatively, you can specify exactly what recruitment activities you would like us to undertake for you. We will agree a price with you based on your requirements.

People Policies and Processes

If you need a policy on any aspect of people management or employment, we can help.

As well as writing a policy that meets any legal requirements and fits with your business, we can also support you to implement it effectively.

Alternatively, you may have a policy that doesn’t need to be changed but that does need better awareness and application. We can help with this as well.
